Need to replace a tooth?

Losing a tooth can be a traumatic event and can cause people to become very self conscious. It can also cause functional problems to one’s ability to cut and chew food, and cause long term damage of the other teeth due to overloading or overwork.

We understand that you may have lost the teeth due to all sorts of biological and financial reasons, and work to help restore your dentition in an affordable way so that you have the confidence to smile and eat and laugh.

We are upfront with what you can expect in terms of treatment outcomes and alternatives, and are upfront with any costs associated. We can normally have a temporary fix sorted within a couple days in even the most dramatic of situations. After this time, we can work on a more permanent solution with you.

  • Denture – The classic “false teeth” These are removable and reversible replacements. These come in a variety of types, ranging from the traditional acrylic 'pink plastic' plates, to flexible claspless plates, to chrome 'metal' plates. Please click here for more information.

  • Bridge – A bridge is used as a permanent, fixed replacement for one or more missing teeth. They are both aesthetic and functional, restoring your natural bite. They work by placing a crown on the teeth on either side, and connecting the teeth together with a single piece custom made bridge (usually 3 or more crowns as one).

  • Implant – An implant can replace one or more teeth and is a fixed solution. It is a titanium device similar to a screw that is gently placed into your jaw to act as an anchor for a single crown, a bridge, or to hold a denture in place. It becomes fixed to the bone by “osseo-integration”. Click here to find out more about implants
